Your archive is private.
Artwork Archive uses your email address and password to sign you in. Firebase Authentication processes login details and sends verification and password-reset links. The app stores your account identity and encrypted sign-in tokens to protect access to your archive. If the service is switched to its email-code fallback, its delivery provider processes your address and verification/reset codes; fallback passwords are stored as salted, one-way hashes.
What the app saves
Your account can contain artwork images, descriptions, locations, exhibition history, sales and payment records, and the invoice details you enter. These are saved on the app’s hosting infrastructure so you can access them from other devices.
Who can access it
Other users cannot browse or retrieve your archive. The app uses your signed-in account to authorize each request. The site operator and hosting providers may process stored information to operate and maintain the service. A gallery selection or invoice you choose to download can be shared by you.
Subscriptions
Paid memberships cost CHF 5 per month and renew automatically until canceled through Membership. Stripe processes payments and stores payment details. The app keeps a Stripe customer reference and subscription status. It sends your account email and an internal account identifier to Stripe to connect your subscription. Artwork records and images are not sent to Stripe. The site owner can grant free access to selected email addresses. After a subscription ends, saved archives remain available to view and download; editing requires paid or free access.
Your copies
Use Backup to download your archive with its images. You can edit and delete artwork records in the app. Browser sign-in cookies maintain your session; signing out ends that session.
